Standardizing the Processing parameters for processing. 

Of different moulds for different materials on different. 

Machines according to I.S.O. Standards. 

Proper Handling of Mould changes and process setup. 

Preventive maintenance for machines in various field like Hydraulic Mechanical & Electronics

Proper remedies for various Troubleshooting. 

To control maximum rejections at various levels of Injection Moulding operations. 

Always maintain machines as well as in good House Keeping . 

Accomplishment : To Get maximum production with minimum cycle time. To use the reprocess material without any disturbing the properties of components. 

Perfect planning for reaching production targets. 

To maintain I.S.O. 14001 2004 Standards and specifications. Technical know-how of microprocessor controlled Machines like L&T Demag, Aswa series. TKC and TEXAIR Vertical Injection moulding machines. 

Maintenance of all machines and operation of ancillary Equipments like mold temperature controllers and Driers. Mould maintenance and refer. 

Material handling Manpower management and Production Planning. 

Follow I.S.O. 9002 standard procedures. 

Follow I.S.O. 14001 -2004 Standard procedures. 

Worked specially in A.B.S. H.I.P.S. P.P. and T-Blend rubber , Materials Etc., 



Machines Handled : Ambi, Arburg, klockner Windsor, L&T, TKC and TEXAIR vertical injection Moulding Machines whose tonnage varies from 50 to 300, both toggle & Hydraulic fully Micro Process Controlled Mechines. 

Moulds Handled : Different type of moulds which are specially Hot runners and cold runner moulds with single cavity to multiple cavities. Hot runner moulds are controlled by Mould Master & Yudo type of controllers. We are changing day to day for requirement of different type of Shaving products of moulds. 

Materials Handled : HIPS, GPPS, P.P.H.D.PE. L.D.P.E.T-Blend Rubber with 

different Grades for mixing of pigments and master 

batches for different colours. We are having advanced 

Blending equipment made by L&T moton for itself 

colour mixing takes place in Hopper Loader.
