Prepare daily production report with the calculation of power loss & N.E.U. 

Find out the molding fault & do remedy for that. Responsible for the mould load & unload as per as production plan. 

Maintain shop floor neat & cleanness. 

Maintain daily preventive maintenance report of m/c & mold also. 

Reduce the cycle time and increase production quantity as much as possible. 

Control man power & fill reemployment chart. 

Prepare production plan datewise. 

Set standard Process Parameter & Work Profile.

Windsor-125T, 130T, 180T, 250T, 350T, 550T & Ferromatic Omega 250T
