Job Profile

Product Development & looking to meet as per Customer requirement with their Design & Product sample. We would receive the Product sample or specifications from the customer, based on that we would develop the Product to meet as per their requirement. My part in this Product Development is getting the inputs from Design Department, interaction between Design Department & Vendors, Cost estimation for Machined parts, Steels, Castings, Procurement of parts with existing Vendors / Developing New Vendors - Raw materials, Machined components, Rubber products, Plastics & also Commercial items, Assembly fixtures & Testing Fixtures, Process Drawings, Work Instructions, Assembly, Testing & Analysis of Product, Handing over the Approved Product to Production & Maintaining the Documentation as per ISO. 

Valve Assembly and Testing 

Planning and organizing the available resources at shop level to meet the scheduled targets. To implement the new layout and planning system in coordination with the top management. 

To supervise the Production process from Assembly to Dispatch. 

Overseeing that allotted tasks are carried out in time by following the Quality norms. 

Providing feedback to the Production Manager about the issues that might be emerging from the shop floor. 

Handling Customer complaints and co-ordination with Dealers. 

Maintenance of Power packs at our own end. 

Final Inspection of Valves and Pumps. 

Assembly and Testing of Pressure controls, Flow controls, Direction controls, Logic and Electro - Proportional Valves thereby understanding the functionality of the products. 

Assembly and Testing of Pumps (Vane).
