Q.A. G.I.I. (Receiving inspection & Sample inspection) 

Job Profile: 

Receiving inspection of incoming material, Machining, Die-casted , Sheet metal, Plastics, Rubber & Printing Dial etc. 

Inspection of component using sophisticated measuring instruments:- It includes instruments like-Profile Projector, Toll makers microscope (TMM). Metallurgical microscope, plating thickness Tester Height Gauge etc. 

Daily attend in quality meeting. Reduced No. Of Line complaints 

Review have QC record and implementation. Participate in quality circle activities. 

Problem resolves local & imported vendors with MOM, CAR, and QFR with 8D reports. 

Regularly interacting with suppliers for timely resolution of quality problem. To initiate corrective action for non-conforming products.

Carried out system audit and implement quality standard 

Vendor audit & quality improvement at vendor end & calculate vendor rating and vendor PPM month wise.

Rejection analysis and control by using techniques like SPC, QC tools etc & modifying in process standard.

To coordinate with production Engg, Tool room and maintenance developments for WSS implementation of Kiazen activities.
