Job Profile:

Repair and reconditioning of toggle system of Injection Moulding Machine

Repair and installation of screw barrel assembly

Repair and overhauling of pump and motor assembly

Replacing the clamping and Injection Cylinder seals

Repair and reconditioning of Auxiliary Equipment for Injection Moulding Machine

Developing schedules, supervising the functions of Troubleshooting & maintenance of Hydraulic, Electric Circuits, Injection-Moulding Machines reduce downtime to minimum.

Handling assembly of mechanical parts of machines, post troubleshooting.

Undertaking regular inspections to prevent accidents and adhere to safety norms.Installation & Commissioning / Testing: 

Designing layout for Installation & Commissioning of Injection Moulding machines as part of in-house expansion / upgradation projects.
