Job Profile 

Design and Development Accountability: 

Create3D Modeling in Pro-E Wildfire2.0&3.0 

2D Drawing in AutoCAD 2004 / 2006. 

Design, Development and Implement new models of refrigerators. 

Conversion of 2D hard copy drawing into 3D & 2D soft copy drawings. 

Create 3D modeling of the molding components. 

Create 2D drawings of press & sheet metal parts. 

New design to improving the existing models. 

Study the design concepts of competitor models to design & working point of view. 

To inspect the components functionally, which are made as per drawing. 

Performance Testing Accountability Performance testing, analysis and reports of new models of the refrigerators, change in system components of existing models and new compressors. 

Projects Completed: 

Design, Development & Process implementation of Videocon new models of Direct Cool Refrigerators. 

3D Modeling of following Plastic Components- i.e. # S192 Blow mould chill tray. #S192 model Volume calculation. # External merge of liner S192 & KD192. 

Trimming tool of S183 model modifications . 

Designed complete assembly of Applicomp model D240 (Created the 3D models of Fan motor assly with parts,Ice-tray assly with parts etc,Sheet metal components such as Cabinet shell assly with parts i.e Cabinet rear frame,bottom panel cabinet shell,Rein LH&RH ,chasis component etc). 

Manufacture of 18 stage progressive tool, Receiver guage, Button Rear Two cavity & Three cavity injection moulds were the projects completed in final year diploma (NTTF).
