Job Profile

Responsible for the operation , maintenance & shutdown planning of the Kiln-1 & Kiln-2 clinkering units having total capacity of 2.9 MTPA. 

Planning & scheduling of the maintenance activities for all the mechanical equipment. 

Have got hand on experience in the maintenance and inspection activities of the following equipment. 

Mechanical Conveyors (Belts, Screw, Chain, Bucket conveyors etc.) 

Pneumatic Conveyors (PD Blowers, PS Pumps) 

Compressors, Gearboxes 

Vertical Mills & Ball Mills 

Clinker Coolers & Fans 

Exposure to ESP maintenance 

Responsible for Failure & WHY-WHY analysis for all the breakdowns that occurs from mechanical side. 

Planning & budgeting for the stores and spares requirement. 

Member of central maintenance planning cell 

Worked as team leader for Kymore unit for implementation of PM module in SAP system.
