Electronic card repairing. 

To carry P.M of machines. 

Object to control the down time of machines by preventing less elect, mech maint , utility breakdown.

Join as Trainee Engineer in Injection moulding division in electrical Maintenance dept. Worked on Plastic processing machines with different make & different control ckt. Such as Cincinnati Milacron, LTM - DEMAG, Klockner Windsor with control CNC, PLC, MMC, Micro processor, gate logic, relay logic control. Also worked on excluders & on tool room machines EDM, Lathe, Milling etc. 

Attending Electrical maint. Break down. 

Electrical maint. Of utilities machine compressor, D.G etc. 

Electronic card repairing & Temp. Controller Calibration. 

To carry out P.M of machines. 

Internal auditor for Q.M.S. 

Main objective to control the Downtime of machines. 

Within the given target & the Maintaining the machine
