Company Profile : Leading manufacturer of plastic packaging machines with a larger volume for exports. We are engaged in production of wide range of machinery like tape line machine, lamination machine, waste recycling machine, cutting machine, circular weaving machine for woven sack industry. 

Job Profile

Involved in R&D of tape line machine (M/C makes plastic tapes by processing of PP or HDPE granules) and laminaton machine (M/C laminates the fabric with thin layer of PP or LDPE to avoid moisture) with following responsibilities: 

Responsible for development of new Lamination machine. 

Performing the role of head of value engineering team. 

Conceptualisation of new machines or accessories. 

Incorporation of latest technologies and equipments in Tape Line machine for better performance. 

Alteration in conventional Tape Line machine as per management decision, customer requirement or by continual improvement process. 

Checking of decision design layouts, assembly drgs., bill of materials and manufacturing drawings. 

Failure analysis of machine elements & equipments and its prevention 

Guiding QC for deviation of critical components and workshop in process development. 

Support purchase department in vendor development. 

Support marketing department in demonstration and presentation of new / improved products. 

Internal auditing as per ISO Quality guidelines.

Designed a higher capacity extrusion gear box. 

Developed geneva mechanism concept for intermittent cutting in cutting machine. 

Developed a mixer box for mixing plastic granules with master batches. 

Development of grinding attachment to grind internal grooves in bore dia. 90 mm. 

Development of prototype machine units with high speed. 

Indigenisation of various machine components like screw, barrel die, suction blower etc. 

Prepare excel sheets for ease of calculations of machine elements like gear, spring, key etc.

Projects related with tape line machine: 

Designed 1500mm wide extrusion die. 

Designed economic Tape Line machine for low end customers. 

Designed hot air oven for high speed Tape Line machine with efficient air flow pattern. 

As part of team successfully designed high speed Tape Line with working width of 1400 mm. 

Developed a air box to remove moisture from extruded film.
