Production Planning & Control 

Managing overall operations with a view to ensure timely accomplishment of production targets within the time and cost parameters. 

Overseeing overall Procurement activities, implementing effective techniques to bring efficiency in operations, improve quality standards & achieve maximum cost savings. 

Establishing inventory of all gauges and prepared calibration schedule and put system in order carried out periodical calibration of gauges as per plan. 

Encompassing & administering the overall activities in the plant like production planning, process control, quality control, new development, customer complaint, ISO, Trouble shooting, plant maintenance & Human Resources. 

Process Improvement 

Identifying scope for: 

Planning, implementing & monitoring of technological changes to enhance productivity. 

Modifications in equipments, process flow, working practices, consumables, power etc for controlling & reducing conversion cost per unit produced. 

Implementing Corrective actions and preventive Measure, Proofing Techniques for Non Conformance Products as per the requirement.
