Organising inspection activities such Incoming, First off, Patrol, final and pre- dispatch, Functional tests of plastic components, Verification of material tests, Trouble Shooting of Plastic components 

Conducting daily rejection review and taking preventive and Corrective actions. 

Planning and conducting vendor audit for all Suppliers and Subcontractors every month and giving training related to their work to improve product quality. 

Handling and Solving of customer complaints and customer returned products. 

Planning and controlling of instruments and calibration of equipments. 

Collecting Monthly quality performance data to solve quality related issues and to reduce rejection percentage through CAPA.
