Job Profile: 

Responsible for Erection & Commissioning of all types of EDM & WEDM machines. 

Responsible for Servicing of all types of EDM machines. 

Servicing of Spark erosion machines and WEDM machines. 

Resolving all type of issues and problems causing machine downtime. 

Carry out PLC modifications to meet varying requirements 

Carry out calibration of machines 

Provide technical services and support on various queries 

Provide training for the operators. 

Maintaining the history records and updating technical data. 

Preparation of technical reports.
