They have the best Tool Room in Hyderabad with world-class facilities which includes a range of 18 CNC machines into the manufacture of Toolings, Pressure Die casting Dies, Aircraft Tooling, Die casting components and machined components with number one Tier-I OEM Customers worldwide in Automobile, Electrical, Aerospace, Engine manufacturing and motor manufacturing industries. 

Job Profile

Process planning of PDC dies Injection mould for maximum utilization of machine and man power. 

Assembly and Tool making activities during final completion of tool including supervising blue matching and try out. 

Trouble shooting of Dies and regular maintenance. 

Looking out for continual opportunities/improvements for cost reduction and new developments. 

Achievements. 

Single cavityDie for TVS MOTOR Company with 4 side cores completed as 

team member in record time well before delivery schedules. 

Crank Case, Air Dryer Body, are completed for SCL
