Description: This is a 2 cavity die casting die, having 2sidecores, 10 local cores and 4 Lifters. I was involved in the concept development, parting line creation, core and cavity extraction, ejection system, cooling lines, 3D modeling, 2D part details, BOM, check list and final quality checking.

Client : Accu-mold, inc

Description : This is a 2 impression three plate plastic mold with submerged gate. The material of the moulding is PP with shrinkage of 0.007mm/mm. 

I was involved in planning of the initial 2D layout of tool for customer approval, Parting line establishment, Core-Cavity extraction, Cooling & Ejection system, total mold construction with mould base assembly in 3D, 2D details for all parts with bill of materials.

Client : Clarion technologies.

Description : This is a 10 stage Progressive Tool, 2mm thick CrCA material. I was involved in the initial planning of strip layout, tool layout and 3D, modeling and 2D detailing.
