Presently working with leading manufacturer of roof Headliners for passenger cars. The company is (QS 9000, ISO/TS 16949-2002, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001) 

Job Profile: 

Responsible for the process & product improvemet. 

Responsible for Pu plant & slitting machine daily production & line setup. 

Familiar with use of PU Chemical Polyether [Polyether Polyol+ Isocyanate (MDI) ] {Supply by E1STogran} 

Trouble shooting of process / production / product related problems. This would essentially involve regular investigation and analysis of such product / process related issues and having to make necessary contributions to remedy them. 

Coordinate with lab to get in-process and product samples analyzed. 

Monitor the trend of analytical data and take necessary corrective actions as required. 

Consult with chemical supplier in major chemical problem like scorching, rising problem, mixing , rejection in PU Foam Block. 

Monitor the availability of adequate raw materials as per the production plan. 

Core member of the Customer Service Group formed by the Organization. 

Demonstrate ability to independently make products and run the plant to cater to specific customer requirements 

Coordinate with maintenance department to carry out necessary maintenance activity 

Verification of proper functioning of equipment and associated facility after receiving the equipment after maintenance.
