Responsible for operating the plant 24 hrs/day 7days / week and overcoming all production problems to achieve the production targeted quantities. 

Responsible for making job descriptions for every individual working in the plant to make sure that good team work is always taking place. Responsible for assuring the products quality required by the quality control. Responsible for monitoring the performance of plant and facilities and always working on improving the performance of both labors and machinery. Responsible for maintaining a healthy relation between the plant and other departments based on a common target which is keeping up the good work. Finally always trying to motivate the labors and engineers in the plant and make sure that they are doing their best and always in a good productive invyroment.

Synthetic paints industry. 

Responsible for the production of Emulsion paints (super dureton 

777, 707, 888). 

Responsible for the production of Synthetic paints(saneton and 

Sanetal). 

Responsible for the color mixing process of both Emulsion and 

Synthetic paints. 

Responsible for the erection and start up of the advanced Emulsion 

Paints production plant.
