Implementation of SPC techniques to optimize external failure as well as internal failure. 

Imparting quality training for continuous improvement to enrich quality system. 

Co-ordination with design & tool-room for new development and repairing of existing mould. 

Get various Quality activities such as FMEA, PPAP, APQP, MSA, PFD implemented through CFT for the striving of TS-16949 system requirements. 

Maintaining planning of machines for the production to achieve customer satisfaction. 

Validating of new moulds & setting of parameters.
