Job Profile

Co-ordination and execution of break down maintenance and preventive maintenance for machines. 

Responsible for new installation and trial running of machine. 

Responsible for developing new electronics systems which help to improve the machines production and product quality. 

Responsible for manpower handling, energy saving, reduce maintenance coast, reduce breakdown percentage Machine, Auxiliaries, Utility equipments, Generating sets. 

Control Panels, Maintaining ISO records for Variety of Breakdown Maintenance 

Preventive Breakdown maintenance, Machine history on computer, Break down analysis on monthly , quarterly basis. 

Preparing preventive Breakdown maintenance schedule.

Training Junior to work as per ISO Norms.

Maintain Spares of smallest possible part & supplier data. 

Maintaining all the manuals in order 

Studying circuits of New equipments. 

Plan & execute all type of maintenance of each equipment. 

Maintaining sufficient spares stock
