Presently working with leading Manufacturer of Injection Molded Plastic components .Infrastructure having capacity of Molding M/C 450 T to 850 T. Customers include Maruti Udyog Ltd. Gurgaon , Honda Siel Ltd, Noida, General Motors, Fiat Auto, Toyota, LG Electronics, Etc. 

Job Profile : 

Responsible for injection molding operation on automatic control machine. 

Developing standards for maintenance and procedures to increase the efficiency of maintenance. 

Preparing SOP, MIS reports, manuals & work instructions for production operations for the unit and performing layout finalization of commissioning activities. 

Working on ways & means to maintain optimum inventory level. 

Modifications in equipments, process flow, working practices, consumables, etc for controlling & reducing conversion cost per unit produced. 

Monitoring adherence to Quality Standards and maintaining the related documents for the same. 

Daily / Monthly Production Planning of Molding Shop. 

Achieving the production targets within time and cost parameters. 

Maintaining and up dation of production data on ERP. 

Optimizing man and machine utilization to achieve set production targets. 

Identifying Gap b/w existing situation and best practices in production lines.
