Project Details: 



PVC Ball Valve 

Client : Prince Plastics Mumbai (Maharastra) 

Role : Team Member. 

CAD software : Unigraphics-NX2 



The plastic injection mold were Designed and to meet the client requirement for PVC Ball valve The function of this component is to pass through and control the water in the water pipe line. The application of this is in agriculture, household, and hospitals etc. 



The model was created using Unigraphics NX2. And finally Drafting & Detailing was done to check the quality of the component. 





HYDRAULIC PRESS 

Client : Vasavadatta Cement Company. (Karnataka) 

Role : Team Member. 

CAD software : Unigraphics-NX2 



Hydraulic Press was designed to get compressed pallets for testing of materials. Pouring a required quantity of powder in cylinder made these pallets. After setting certain cycle time in PLC when time starts count down hydraulic press activates and moves the piston upwards at the end of cycle time piston strokes the powder, powder becomes compressed pallet between cap and piston. 



The whole mechanism and machine elements have been designed by using Unigraphics NX. Quality testing of product is being carried out. 



MUFLER 

Client : RHW India limited. 

Role : Team Member.

The component used in two-wheeler for outgoing burnt gas. The model was designed by using Unigraphics NX2. Two members did the project. The 2D Drawing Sheet was given in third angle projection then we converted it into 3D Model. And finally Drafting & Detailing was done to check the quality of the component. 



LEVER STEERING LINK 

Client : Bajaj tempo limited. 

Role : Team Member. 

CAD software : Unigraphics-NX2 



Using Unigraphics NX2 uses lever steering link in automobiles the model was designed. Two members did the project. The 2D Drawing Sheet was given in third angle projection then we converted it into 3D Model. And finally Drafting & Detailing was done to check the quality of the component.
