Injection Molding Division: 

Monitoring & improving Production Efficiency, Machine Utilization, OEE, &  Material Utilization

Exposure to  5 S, SPC, PDCA cycle and  PFMEA Concepts 

Operations and Material Requirement Planning.

Ensuring smooth operations including shift management to maintain productivity.

Setting up production targets and ensuring to achieve the set targets.
