The company is having microprocessor based injection molding m/c of L&T and Ferromatic Milacron ( cincinati) & Dry offset printing m/c and screen printing m/c.

The company awarded with ISO 9001:2000  by Det Norske Veritas Management System Certificate so on and having a group of Asian paints & and also provide packaging of Asian paints product.

Job Profile :

Working with ERP- 4.2 Version as Data end user in production and planning since 1- yr.

Production, planning & control process monitoring and trouble shooting of m/c and process.

Co- ordinate with DH- moulding to increase the productivity and improve quality.

Identify the critical shortage for manufacturing activites

Man power handling.

To maintain quality of product	

Production as per planning

Trouble shooting Analysis

Training, trouble shooting and assisting to operators on plastics injection moulding m/c.

The company is manufacturing H.D.P.E., P.P. ( PPCP & PPH ) pipes from 20 mm OD to 600 OD by Extrusion process and also provide testing facilities like M.F.I. testing, Hydrostatic pressure, Density, Tensile strength, Carbon percentage in master batch etc.



Job Profile :- 

Trouble shooting of product.

To maintain ISO system.

Daily prepare testing report like M.F.I., Density, pressure etc.

Constantly monitor and improve shop floor productivity.



INDUSTRIAL TRAINING :-

Industrial training in ? Vikas plastic? Kota ( Manufacturing of Agriculture pipe by Extrusion and Co-Extrusion process) for 11 week.

Industrial training in ?Kiran plastic? Kota ( Manufacturing of  L.D, L.L.D.P, H.M bages and sheet by Extrusion process) for 6 week. 

Industrial training in ? Polycon International Ltd.? Jaipur ( Manufacturing of perform, telephone cabinet, tanks cap, jar cap etc ) for 15 week.
