Job Profile

A- Quality : 

Incoming parts quality, Electrical parts - MCB, Coil Assembly Ignition, Diodes, Resistor, Condenser, 

Enamel copper wire, Oil level switches, wire harness, voltmeter, Unit Ignition, etc. 

Mechanical parts - Sheet metal parts(Plating, Painting & Without ) Machined parts, Plastic, Rubber, Fastener, Castings components etc 

In-process Quality 

Involved in inspection during manufacturing process in shop floor. Checking as per defined check-points and recording in process control charts. 

Analyzing, prioritizing the non-conformance and initiating actions by making X bar, R bar, Pareto and Pie charts. 

Conducting Line Audits and informing the management about status of quality during various processes. 

Implementation of error-proofing methods (POKE-YOKE) during process for 

Elimination of defects. 

Adherence to PDCA cycle and taking corrective and preventive actions using 7 QC 

Tools and 8-D method. 

Layout Inspection of parts as per plan. 

Preparing Quality Standard & Work Instruction. 

Rejection control in PPM & make MI ( Management Information ) 

Supplier quality improvements plan

Data collection of good vendors of one year , make presentation, call the vendor for discussion, start activity as per plan, issue the DOL certificate. 

Upgrading vendor for DOL status

K.D ( Japan ) parts trouble report & arrange counter measure action plan through MI
