Independently handling shift to give optimized production as per production plan.

Process control through PLC Programme in  Mauser and Jagmohan, Cincinatimilicron M/C.

Management of men according to their skills & competence to get optimized productivity from them.

Online quality control of the product & reduce the rejection rate.

Maintain ISO 9001:2000 standards, documentation related to production.

Preventive, Predictive & Break dawn Maintenance of M/Cs.

Maintain Utilities- Chiller, Cooling tower, Air compressor and other auxiliaries.
