Presently working with leading company  in a Synthetic Artificial Grass Yarn (LLDPE/PP) manufacturing plant at Paschim Medinipur, West Bengal.?

Lead the production of Yarn (s) in Extrusion Line.? 

Investigate and implement continuous improvement processes required to improve manufacturing operations.

Hands-on laboratory work, operating equipment and manufacturing components. 

Oversee the maintenance & repair of the extruder line and ancillary equipment as well as hands-on operation & routine maintenance of equipment as required. 



Production Engineer

Sept 2006 to February 2007             

Subarno Synthetic (India) Ltd.  in a Single Stage Injection-Stretch PET Blow Moulding Plant at Singur, West Bengal.

Lead the production of PET bottles for medicines.

Oversee the maintenance & repair of the injection-stretch blow molding line and ancillary equipment as well as hands-on operation & routine maintenance of equipment as required.

Gurgaon Polyplastics Pvt. Ltd. in one of the big auto components manufacturer of North India, supplying to Maruti, TATA, Delfi (India) etc. at Guragaon, Haryana.
