As a Engineer ? Assembly & Testing. 

Since Jan 2007. 

Presently working with leading company is a pioneer in manufacturer of Injection moulding machines and it has JV between India and Germany.

Responsibility: 

Assembly & Testing of Injection Molding machine ranging from 40 to 800 tonnages. 

Trouble shooting of hydraulics. 

Trouble shooting in electrical & controls. 

Reduction of customer complaint in continuous focus

Training to service engineers to service the machines.

Coordinating other regional engineers for service issue.

Training to customer on processing, machine maintenance etc 

Implementation and Documentation of ISO 9001:2000.
