Assembly & Testing of Injection Molding machine ranging from 40 to 800 tonnages. 

Servicing of Injection Molding Machine. 

Trouble shooting of hydraulics. 

Trouble shooting in electrical & controls. 

Reduction of customer complaint in continuous focus.

Coordinating other regional engineers for service issue.

Training to customer on processing, machine maintenance etc

Worked by RANE TRW steering system Ltd, sp koil.

Operating of injection moulding machine in production.

Trouble shooting of any kind of problems in Injection molding m/c

IMM start up ranging from 40 to 800 ton machines.

Started all four types of machines.

o De-Tech Machines  - L&T design

o Aswa-Lnc5 / Ergo control.  - L&T design

o Ergotect Smart and Santhosh  - Demag design

o Basic machines (new) - L&T design

Solving the problems related to HYDRAULICS such as in blocks, actuators, valves, pumps.                                                                                                

One of the team members responsible to complete the machine with out any quality issues and mainly focusing on customer end.

Checking the optionals and its functioning.    

Coordinating with customers, service departments and quality control to implement value editions.                               

Performance checking of the machines, comparing the target values with the actual values.

Completing the machines in good condition within a stipulated time.

Knowledge  about  the Assembly related problems such as links, bushes,    toggle mechanism.
