M/C Handling, Material Handling and Man Power Handling, Shop floor control activities

Looking after daily shift activities such as successive implementation of Production Planning and achieving Set Production Target, Setting of Mould and M/C. 

Troubleshooting of Mould and process & machine related Problem found or observed.

To carry preventive maintenance during mould changes over time or machine idle time.

Co-ordinate with mould deptt. Regarding mould running, mould maintenance & mould change.

Co-ordinate with QC to get approved sample before starting new product and to get feedback of hourly

Quality check. 

Also co-ordinate with store to get required raw materials and spares for machines.

If any problem found in the m/c or mould, than decided myself and informed to high authority.

Participate in arrange minutes of meeting with all Production Department Member for achieving our target. 

To crosscheck packing procedures and box identifications.

Krauss MAffei -320 4500 CS, K-175 .1900 CV & 175-3500 for PET Performs 32, and 96 cavities hot runner mould

CHEN-PET 83, 110,120 with Robot (especially for PET Performs, 4, 6, 12, 32, and 48 cavities hot runner mould)

Arburg 450CS-275 Ton Injection moulding m/c used ? HDPE.
