Directing, supervising, and coordinating, productions operatation: 

Monitoring and measuring product quality, workmanship, methods, and processes to meet company plans.

Ensuring consistent work flow line balancing to achive production schedules. 

Utilizing skills, knowledge, abilities, experience, staff hours, machine, and tools to most economical advantage. 

Implementing and following safety practices and sefty measures. 

Anticipating, analyzing & diagnosing production problems. 

Providing input to management to facilitate affective cost reduction , work 

Simplification, scheduling or other continuous improvement measures. 

Execute capacity planning for Man, Machine & Materials 

Line balancing to assist smooth production flow. 

Responsible for Quality of materials such as bumpers and other painted parts. 

Responsible for taking process audit & able to handle quality issues in the 

parts.

Study and analysis defects received at Customer End and control chart 

Execution of action plan to eliminates defects . 

Organized and coordinated in implementing kaizen, 5s within the shift dept. to mentioned class of art work environment .
