Module owner for Lens moulding which involves production of Head Lamps, Tail Lamps and Fog Lamps

As a member of new product development team responsible for planned productionising for new products, standardizing components and materials for new products

Attending trials at vendor end for effective feedback on critical components to tool room & new product development team head

Process monitoring, Implementation of new systems and Development

Coordinate with tool room for further development & improvements

Troubleshooting in plastic processing defects

Production planning based on schedule adherence for lens molding

Tool function development analysis

Evaluating the process capability for new moulds

Effective feedback on trials

Tool break down analysis

Tools PPM updating in regular intervals

Production monitoring by shop floor control system

Trouble shooting on day?to?day machine shop and mold modifications

Monitoring machine utilization and down time reduction



Mold Proving By Following Injection Molding Machines :-

All types of moulding machines ranging from 70 tons to 1300 tons from Demag, Toshiba, Arburg, Mitsubishi etcs.

Machines handled in Lens moulding are 

Demag 250tons for Fog Lamp Lens, 

Demag 650tons Double colour molding for Tail lamps, 

Toshiba 850 and 1300tons for Head Lamps lens

Good exposure in handling of core pulling system
