Job Responsibilities :

To check daily production and relatively it?s planning for production.         

Responsible for maintenance of injection machine mould.

Maintaining of Mould Trial Reports.

Actively involved in Analysis of Wastage.

Responsible for handling Man Power.

Handling of machines like SIGMA- 400T, OMEGA- 450T, SP-80, SP-75.

Handling of materials like ABS, PP, LDPE, HDPE, NYLON, HIPS, PS, PC.

Process control & execution of Production Plan.

Monitoring the maintenance of moulding machine.

Monitoring in process inspection.
