Production Executive 

Since June 2004

Working with leading plastic injection molder in Precision Engineering Services. An ISO/TS 16949 certified company. an injection moulding, painting and plating unit for manufacturing.

Project Management:

A) Right now i am working as a leader from the production in ERP reimplementation project.

B) Right now i am working as a leader from the production to recertification the ts 16949/2002 project.

Recently i have been certified as a internal ts 16949/ 2002 auditee    



Production Management : 

Designing production plans, Material planning and Inventory control . 

Expertise in the machining high precision components .

Preparation and Planning of Resources for optimal utilization for production.

Personally Monitor, Analyze and Control OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency ) for critical machines

Maintaining Stock of Inventory of raw materials / tooling?s on the shop floor.

Implementation on Lean Manufacturing Techniques

Identification and removal of Non value adding activities though time study 

Drive cost savings to optimize budget ? control expenditures on tooling without affecting the quality of production.

People Management

Manage 120 workmen on the production floor ? supervision on the floor including managing shifts, identify training needs for skill development, annual appraisals and performance reviews for engineers.

Delegating work schedules for smooth functioning of operations on the shop floor.
