Maintenance  as a planning instruction 

Daily checking, weekly and monthly preventive maintenance, as like 

Cleaning of heat exchanger, Greasing & oiling of the tie Bars, sliding surface and cleaning of machine base, rectification of oil leakage from filter cover, cleaning of machine shop floor area cleaning of electrical panel, tighting of feed cooling pipe.

Daily checking report as like  cooling tower pressure and chiller parameter

Cleaned the hydraulic valve, if any problem comes to valve,    

Technical spare-parts indent and spare parts management with minimum inventory.

Analyzing the data of delays to reduce the repetitive major delays by suitable modification or by better maintenance practices.

I have good technical knowledge about ASB machine & injection moulding machine. 

To prevent the hydraulic  oil leakage and air leakage, any damage o; ring ya seal I changed my self. 

I do work as suggestion of in charge. 

I know very well process of ASB machine, injection moulding machine, and blowing machine.
