Providing Technical Services as per the customer requirement and handling customer complaint.

Product Improvement to save the orders by giving successful Technical Services to valuable customers

Responsible for Color Matching and quality of all masterbatches at manufacturing site as well as control the Quality of incoming Pigments and final made masterbatches.

Co-ordinate with various departments in plant to solve all technical problems related to manufacturing of Masterbatches and machine like Twin Extruder, Injection Molding, two roll mill, blown film machine.

Active team member of Corporate Audit

Interacting with the R & D team for new product testing, launch and Development of new product

Conducting Trial of New Product and Develop new customer

Developing new Masterbatches and polymer compounds

Different type of test handling at our Quality Lab (Color matching, M.F.I., Carbon Black content Testing, Izode Impact Strength, Vicat Softening/HDT, weather-ability test, Tensile strength, FR Test Specific Gravity, Ash Content, Moisture Content, Flexural Strength, Vicat/HDT and other test)

Polymer film making process:

Processing of monolayer, multilayer polymer film, Blown/Cast films and other types of polymer films

Polymer Processing Techniques:

Extrusion, Injection Molding, Blow molding and other types of Processing Techniques.
