Process Standardization, Trouble Shooting.

To set Process Parameters & Monitor as per SMC.

Supervision of Mold Change & Parameter setting.

Inspection of Mold before Production start up.

Guiding new Trainee for mold change at the rate of  time & target.

Communication & Coordinating with Colleagues & Superiors for Manpower, Raw- material, Packing material requirements & related issues.

Documentation as a Authorized Format like ?

P.Q.C.R: Process Quality Control Report.

H.P.R: Hourly Production Report.

S.M.C: Standard Molding Condition.
