Presently working with leading Manufacturer of PP woven sacks for packaging Sugar, Wheat flour, Animals feed, and Fertilizer in Africa. Company also manufactures of HDPE shopping bags, HD/LDPE liners for PP woven sacks, PP films and PP strap band.

JOB profile:

Functioning as the Head of manufacturing and follow up the production/ production planning operations and reporting the status to General Manager.

Fixing and follow up target for individual machines to get maximum output with minimum waste percentage.

Follow up with Sales and Marketing division for regular orders and also new product samples.

Man power status, Cost cutting, Inventory control and Product development.

Implemented and practiced to use filler up to maximum percentage.

Planning and Handling all Mechanical maintenance activities as per schedule, for extruder, looms, lamination, conversion lines, printing machines, screw compressor and chillers.

Scheduling of preventive maintenance for individual machine.

Effective execution of preventive maintenance schedule to avoid Break down of machine.

Indenting consumable spare for machine.
