Presently working with leading CD/CD-R/DVD manufacturing company Responsibilities:

Responsibility of Injection Molding Machines (E-MOULD ROBOSHOT molding machines of SINGULUS Technology - Germany, Tonnage-50 Tons & Disk-jet molding machines of NETSTAL - Germany, Tonnage-60 Tons) during production with the following aims:      

To produce best quality component with respect of Dimensional, Optical and Electrical properties at minimum cycle time. Attention about minimum wastage & rejection with increase productivity.

Planning and controlling responsibility of manpower, material, & execution time according to the production order.             

Process troubleshooting for Automatic process of CD/CD-R/DVD based molding machine.

Stamper installation.

Mould loading-unloading & Mould Maintenance Responsibility.

Molding machine daily & scheduled maintenance responsibility. 

Quality control with PROMETIOUS & CD-CATS Tools.

Line maintenance ? Sudden maintenance as Metallizer unit, Lacquer unit, U V Curing unit, Dye Coater unit maintenance.                            

Process material- polycarbonate.

Responsibilities:

Supervision of Injection Molding Machines during production with the following aims- 

Process optimization for following injection molding machine-Windsor SP-80, SP-180, SP-300, Polo-80, FERROMATIC MILAKRON OMEGA-450 (All hydraulic clamping screw type machines) CINCINATI MILAKRON sigma-50, sigma-80, ELECTRONICA EPM-80, DYN-1 & DYN-2 from Dynamic Industries (All Toggle mechanical clamping screw type machine)

Mould loading-unloading responsibility with operator

Component quality checking

Post-molding assembly work responsibility of various automotive components. 

Document work- shift report, production report, and issue material from store for shift production e.t.c.

Shop floor housekeeping responsibility.

Process material-ABS (Natural) 200EP, 300EP, ABS Black, PP, PC, PMMA, POM, PVC, PS, GPPS, Nylon-6, 66.
