Job Profile :

To lead a team of technicians, Engineers and  responsible for production operations and ensures the quality and quantity and delivery requirements.

Process Standardization, trouble shooting in New moulds Trials.

Planning of production.

Rejection & Down time analysis.

Implementation of all the process paramaters required for maintaining Quality of the products.

To carry out Quality checks ensure all the machines are maintained and to bring to the notice of any maintenance In-charge in case of any breakdown.

Maintaining all production records.

Ensure that the preventive measures are taken to prevent reoccurrence of nonconformance and tacking corrective actions.

Responsible for production activities in the moulding shop.

Identifying process issues that may affect the quality and/or milestone and suggesting appropriate corrective actions.  



Strengths :

Expertise in Steam injection Moulding

Expertise  in Gas Injection Moulding.

High tonnage m/c process settings and mould setup.

Hot runner moulds with multi core operations.

Processing of PP, Talkfilled PP, PE, PS, ABS, SAN, PC, Nylons, HIPS.

Handling of PLC controlled Injection Moulding Machines from 50T to 1300T.

Have leadership qualities capable of motivating my team and leading them from the front in achieving the targets.

Good interaction skills and ability to independently handle the department.
