JOB PROFILE

As a shift supervisor, handling all problems related to electrical system such as Heater, Temperature Controller, Electrical Motors up to 100HP AC and 220HP DC, AC/DC driver parameter checking and setting. Set the extruder machine in minimum input to higher output plastic raw materials (Granules) 

The reponsibility carried out for production department and maintenance Department including manpower, planning material planning and achieving target within specified time period as laid down by company along with handling shift independently.

Also having knowledge of assembling and dissembling of AC motors, Mechanical gears, weighing scale repairing, L V, M V, and H T. cables glades, termination,

Testing cable insulation at High Voltage Meggar value, installation and commissiong of pole mounted 11/0.433KV transformer with vender, laying down of the high voltage cable of 11KV, 22KV, 33KV and installation of SFU( switch Fuse Unit).
