Have hands on experience of complete polymerization system.

Control room operation.

Operation of plant and maintenance of log sheets.

Testing and quality control operations.

Start up and shut down procedural operation.

Liaison with maintenance, electrical, packaging, testing and utility departments.

Application of safety drill of fire fighting procedures.

Hands on experience in reactors and types, mixing tank, batch mixers, centrifugal pumps, roatry pumps, gear pumps steam boilers, vaccum system, extrusion dies, water baths, air dryers lubricators and storage silos.
