Working as HOD of Poly Extrusion & Flexo Printing Department Reporting to Managing Director.

Job Profile

?  To look after day to day Production, Job Planning, Troubleshooting, Quality 

   Assurance of Product, Coordination with other departments, Coordination with 

   Outside Job Work Sources, New Developments, Approval of Poly Recipes, 

   Generation of MIS & Supervise the Subordinate Production Staff for Poly 

   Extrusion and Flexo Printing Departments etc. 

?  To look after Electrical, Mechanical & Electronic Maintenance of Plant 

   Machineries, Associated Utilities and Planning of Preventive Maintenance 

   Schedule for same with the help of Maintenance Staff.

?  The additional responsibility to look after technical needs of customers and 

   coordination with them and providing them after sales service to maintain the 

   good relationship.

To produce Multilayer and Monolayer Polyethylene Blown Films for Packaging for various products like Refined Oil, Vanaspati Oil, Coconut   Oil, Wheat, Cement, Pesticides, Seed, Sanitary Napkins, Desi Ghee, Shampoo, Detergent Powder, Supari, Gutka, Dry Fruits, Milk, Milk Powder, Rice, Decorative Bags, Agriculture Film, Ice Water, Pure Water And Carry Bags etc. The special purpose films for lamination jobs, strech film and shrink film etc. 

Hands on experience in using raw materials of reputed manufactures across the world. Attended various seminars of raw material manufacturers on new developments and latest update of market.

Other additional Knowledge:

Working knowledge about costing and cost analysis procedure of Flexible Packaging Materials, New Products Developments, Rotogravure Printing, Solvent Less And Solvent Base Lamination, Pouching, Bag Making, and all utilities required for a Flexible Packaging Industry. Were member of the team for various new projects and expansions during working for various companies.
