Job Profile:

Monitoring incoming inspection for incoming material, on-line and produced material.

Supporting manufacturing unit and keep them update.

Analyzing and characterizing of produced material.

Process optimization, material specifications and quality assurance.

Maintaining product quality with rework.

Handling customer complaints related to materials.

Visiting their sites to short out the problem.

Trials at customer end for realization of material.

Preparation of trial report. 

Supervising customer service operations for rendering and achieving quality services.
