Main products are Radiator end tanks, Engine?s under hood parts, car Grab & assist handles, suspension & brake parts, Door striker parts, car interior parts & assembly, TPE Boots & Rack & pinion Bellows.    

Job Responsibilities:

Planning of raw material & packing material as per daily production plan.

Responsible for plant production.

Responsible for produced component quality. (Visual as well as dimensional).

Daily material report.

Tool loading & unloading as per planning.

Try to reduce the m/c down time & component rejection.

Maintaining the 5 S on the shop floor.

OEE & PPM study.

Consult with superiors for the betterment of the process, production & quality.

Responsible for the monthly, half-yearly & yearly inventory of raw material & finished goods.
