Working on newly manufactured Husky Hypet 400 & Hypet 120 Injection molding machine as 96 & 32 cavities with 400 & 120 ton capacity respectively. 

Working on Husky Injection Molding Machine of diff. Tonnage capacity (225 TON to 400 TON, Like XL to G line injection machine), Husky mold (Hot runner system).

Working on newly manufactured Sacmi (Italian machine) machine to producing two different types of Cap production (like CSD & N-CSD).

Plan and carried out preventive maintenance of machine and mold, dryer, Dehumidifiers with related utility equipments.

Using different type of color production by using Color Matrix Liquids color and different type Master Batches. 

Responsible for checking quality of product during stage and final inspection.

Responsible for daily production activity and plant housekeeping.

Responsible for M/C efficiency, quality ratio, spoilage ratio, during shift to the achieve production target. 

Responsible for maintenance of utility Department (i.e. Atlas Cop co Air compressor, D.G. set, motor & pumps sets, cooling towers and chillers) during shift.
