For IDR unit I had worked for tech. services & product development also involved in plant issues in IDR.

I had also worked as Management representative for two years in SRF in addition to production & QA responsibility I have gone through TQM trainings in SRF & implemented TQM system on shop floor.

I have visited all major customers in converting line & also few of extrusion coating. Major one are PPL- all three units, Positive packaging, Rexor, Creative polypack, Multiflex, Orient press, Lamicoate-Noida, GLS- I have also visited Pakistan, Dubai converting customers to understand the Customer needs in better way.
