Company Profile:- manufacturer of brake linings and clutch plates of  various kind of automobiles and export same out of India.

Description:- This company manufacture brake linings in four phase.

First phase:- Mixing- In which required materials are mixed in mixing machine.

Materials are, Asbestus, carbon, resin that help in bond formation etc.

Second phase:-Molding in which we make blocks by the help of press molding of mixed materials. 

Third phase: cutting and drilling, we cut blocks into pieces of required dimension

After cutting it is given for drilling in which we maintain required number of 

holes of different size  at required position for different linings by the help of 

zigs.

Fourth phase: It is finishing phase in which we maintain required thickness of different linings by grinding process for it I use centerless grinder. Chamfering is also done on front edge of linigs.                   











Future Goals:
