Taking care of mould maintenance dept and following 

Prepare the mould as per production plan

Prepare the preventive maintenance schedule for moulds and maintain the same. 

Preparing mould history cards

Corrective action taken for customer complaint in moulds.

Update the list of moulds and maintain it.

Planning of working methods.

Daily work allotment of  employees.

Follow up of spares for moulds.

Prepare the spare parts list and maintain it.

Co-ordinating with team for implementation of 5S in all areas.

New mould trial and follow up.
