To prepare the process parameter sheet & improve it.

To find out the processing fault and do remedy for that.

Prepare daily Production Report with the calculation of N.E.U.

Control Rejection in Process& improve production rate as much a possible.

Quality ISO works.

Maintain shop flour neat & clean

Man power handling & fill Deployment chart.

Prepare production plan date wise.

To check daily preventive maintenance of m/c & mold

Take trail of new mold.

Machine Handling:-  Windsor 125t, 130t, 250t, 350t 550t 850t & Ferromatic 250c.
