Laboratory Set-up for EPS Molding Process

Duration: 7th Semester (During Diploma Plastic Engineering)	

This is a working equipment for foaming EPS (Expandable Polystyrene) beads and molding EPS (Expandable Polystyrene)  products of various shapes.



Biodegradable EPS-Starch Blend

Duration: 6th Semester (During B.Tech Plastics & Polymer Engineering)

This is an experimental and research project of synthesis of Biodegradable EPS (Expandable Polystyrene) beads by incorporating STARCH as Natural polymer into EPS during polymerization. Experiment and testing carried out at college laboratory.



Industrial Training:

Phase-I

I did 10 Weeks industrial training at ? Narmada Pipes, Rajkot ?

Work done: Processing & Quality control of RPVC, HDPE, PP-R, MDPE, PE-X pipes Maintenance and Troubleshooting of extrusion pipe plant

Phase-II

I did 10 weeks industrial training at ?Maillis Strong strap (P) Ltd., Chhatral?

Work done: Processing of PET Strap, Work in Quality Control Department.
