Product & Process Troubles Shooting. Of Nessai ASB m/cs & Injection molding m/cs

Handling Eighteen injection Blow Molding Machines & Six Injection molding m/c. 

Knowledge about processing of PET Performs, Bottles, Jars & Caps.

Row material requisitions for month, reports to works manager.

Conduct Trials for developments. 

Achieve quality objective such as monthly production target veduce scrap. Generation, stock of scrap, veduce units per kg, veduce cost per kg. Increase net effective utilization and veduce over weight percentage. 

Improvement in process and Quality performance through systematic evolution of weaknesses and implementing new plans to address the same.

Knowledge about daily production planning and achieve production targets both qualitatively as well as quantitatively within given time.
